Channa Masala with Curried Chickpeas Recipe

How to make Channa Masala with Curried Chickpeas Recipe....

INGREDIENTS:

*  Onion 1 no.
*  Tomato 2 no.
*  Garlic 4 no.
*  Ginger 2 inch piece
*  Chickpeas 2 cup
*  Curry powder 1 tsp
*  Oil 2 to 3 tsp
*  Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
*  Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
*  Red Chilli Flakes 1/2 tsp
*  Salt for taste
*  Kasoori Methi ( Dried Fenugreek leaves ) 1/2 tsp
*  Corilander leaves for garnish

METHOD OF COOKING : 

*  STEP : 1 - First take a pan and boil the chickpeas and set aside.

*  STEP : 2 - Take onion , ginger , and garlic as per quantity and put it into mixer grinder to make onion ginger paste.

*  STEP : 3 - Take a Pan or silver vessel or kadhai and heat with 2 tsp oil , add Mustard seed and cumin seeds let it crackle for 40 secoonds.

*  STEP : 4 - After that add onion paste and red chilli cook it for 4 mints . Add tomato pieces and fry it for 4 mins.

*  STEP : 5 - Add Chickpeas and curry powder and mix well with require quantity of salt and cook it for 3 mins now add the dried fenugreek leaves and cilantro. Now its ready to serve hot with rice or Chappati or Paratha...
