Vegetable Pulao For Beginners

Making of Vegetable Pulao.....


INGREDIENTS:

*  2 Cups long grained rice or Basmati rice

*  Cauliflower separated into florets 8 - 10

*  Green peas 1/4 cup

*  2 Medium Big Onion

*  French Beans 7 - 8 cut it into 1 inch pieces

*  Carrot 1 no medium , peeled and diced

*  2 bay leaves 

*  Black peppercorns

*  1 inch cinnamon

*  1 teaspoon caraway seeds (Shahi jeera)

*  3 - 4 cloves

*  1 blade mace

*  1 teaspoon ghee

*  1 teaspoon oil

*  Salt to taste

METHOD OF COOKING :

1. First Boil five to six cup of water in a Eversilver Vessels or deep non - stick pan. when we use the non stick pan the food getting burned are very very less.

2.  Slice Onion.

3.  Soaked the Basmati Rice or long grained rice 20 min before...

4.  Take another non stick pan placed in another burner , When we use the non stick pan the food getting burned are very very less.

5.  When the pot get hot add gee and oil.

6.  First add bay leaf and nest add cinnamon and next add black peppercorns and cloves and next add mace,caraway seeds and chopped onions. saute for awhile.

7.  Add cauliflower, beans , carrots and green peas and mix well.

8. Add rice and put salt for taste mix well and add 4 and 1/2 cup s boiled water.

9. Stir to mix , cover for fifteen min to cook well.

10. Switch off heat and let it stan for  five min covered. open the rice grains with the help of spoon and serve hot.
