Vegetable curry recipes


Ingredients:

*  Carrot 1/4 cup
*  Peas 1/4 cup
*  Cauliflower 1 cup
*  onion 1 no.
*  Tomato 1 no
*  Garlic chopped 4 tsp
*  Cumin seed 1 tsp
*  Oil 2 tsp
*  salt for taste
*  Mustard seed 1 tsp
*  Garam Masala 1 tsp
*  Coriander powder 1 tsp
*  Ginger chopped 1 tsp
*  Chili powder 1/2 tsp
*  Feneel seed powder 1/2 tsp
*  curry leaves

METHOD OF COOKING :

STEP 1 : First clean the carrot and chopped and wash the cauliflower with the hot water.

STEP 2 : After that take a pan heat with 2 tsp oil and add mustard seed and cumin seed once it splutters put onion . 

STEP 3 : Add chopped garlic and ginger and add one by one finally put tomato it should become mushy. 

STEP 4 : Now add all three cauliflower , carrot , peas one by one and add other remaining  ingredients.like garam masala , chili powder , fennel powder 

STEP 5 : Do not add salt before cooking vegetables because it will increase cooking time of vegetables so we can add it later.

STEP 6 : After that add 1/2 cup of water to boil the vegetables after ten min add salt and dry of excess water if there is in pan.

STEP 7 : Now it is ready to serve with white rice , chapati ,Nan .
